My client is a leading nationwide Wealth Advisory / Financial Advice firm, providing individuals and businesses throughout the UK with sound Financial / Wealth Advisory services, with regards to Pensions & Investments.
We are urgently seeking a Wealth Advisory Assistant Manager, to work alongside the Manager of the department, in supporting a wide network of Financial Advisers. As the Assistant Manager you'll have direct responsibility for a team of 12-15 people, being responsible for daily people management of the team including performance reviews, one to one meetings with team members, attendance meetings, training & development of staff, assisting with ad-hoc project work and be an advocate of and manage change within the team and get involved in the reviews of processes and procedures and be a positive role model for your team members at all times.
We are seeking an effective People Manager for this role, so experience within Financial Services is not necessary (although may be an advantage for the right candidate). We are seeking those who are experienced at Managing Teams and People, ideally with 2/3+ years experience in a Team Management or a Team Leading role, you will be proactive, forward thinking and have a professional Management style, as well as having outstanding organisational skills. At a minimum you'll have at least 7 GCSE's at grades A-C
