Your new role
The role is responsible for the ongoing support for Partner-level individuals located in the UK market and will be responsible for up eight individuals. The role is focused on diary management, face to face and virtual interactions with senior Stakeholders and/or clients.

Diary management:

Up to date knowledge of all diary activity, planning the most effective use of time for meetings (including postponing/rearranging non urgent activity where appropriate)
Proactive organisation of external client and/or internal stakeholder meetings, demonstrating prompt interaction and professionalism at all times
Internal/external client support:

Supporting development of documents, gathering required inputs and pulling together into a consistent set of material being supported by the Administration Coordinator as appropriate
Coordinating with clients/third parties as appropriate in terms of content and time frames
Managing design input as needed to ensure optimal presentation of materials
Overseeing physical production of documents (using administrative coordinator support), and or GOSS where appropriate
Travel:

Organisation or end-to-end travel support, including full travel bookings (from start to end location including transfers) and visas
Ongoing support:

Managing/chasing IT requirements
Monthly expense claim processing
Supporting any client related financial management that does not transfer to GOSS, for example commission/SFF/SLFF codes in the first instance

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong proven experience working in a secretarial role, preferably in a professional service environment interacting with senior stakeholders and clients. You will have the proven ability to plan and organise workloads and manage multiple deadlines, ensuring accuracy and quality of work is maintained at all times. You will be able to deal confidently with colleagues at different levels, presenting self professionally at all times, developing good professional relationships and building trust. You will be a self-starter and motivated to work independently and as part of a team supporting other team members as needed so the deadlines are met. You will have advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

What you'll get in return
You will be paid a competitive hourly rate of GBP14.54. This a long term rolling temporary contract therefore offers some stability. You will be based in Edinburgh City Centre in a great location/office.
