What You'll Be Doing

To assist in day to day Housing Organisation sales operations and delivering an exceptional end to end switching, metering and change of tenancy journey. Troubleshooting issues that arise and taking a proactive role in understanding client requirements. Manage Housing Organisation relationships and liaise with Senior BDM, BDMs, FSEs, clients and any relevant departments within Utilita.

To work closely with the Account Managers and Senior Relationship Manager
To manage projects (voids, new build and other energy projects relevant to our clients) from concept to completion, with appropriate support and guidance
Provide daily updates and reviews on current activity.
To ensure projects are delivered within agreed timescales
To manage, develop and maintain relationships between Utilita and Housing Organisations
To source new opportunities
Build personal relationships with key leads across departments and levels of seniority within the membership organisations.
Ensuring Housing Organisation sales are processed to the agreed requirements
To apply a consistent approach to each project.
To check vendor forms are complete and raise commissions on P2P.
Organise and maintain relevant tasks
To complete the BDM Commission
To provide administrative support with laser sharp attention to detail.
To monitor quality, and improve this through development of processes and personnelWhat We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:

Experience in administration

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good data entry and processing skills.

Effective time-management

Its desirable that you have knowledge or experience within Social Housing, Lettings and Property Maintenance industries
