This is a newly created role in our company to support various areas of the business; a busy and diverse role where you can really make this your own. The Recruitment/HR Administrator role is to ensure that our top billing recruitment consultants are supported through ensuring accurate administration and compliance. There will be project based work to support other areas of the company. Our support staff in E3 describe their job role as:
supportive - they are involved in projects where they can follow their interests
empowering - doing things they enjoy enables them to focus on attention to detail and being organised gives job satisfaction
full of variety - the range of projects in which they are involved is vast
interesting - overseeing projects and the impact their contribution has on particular projects We would love to speak to people who have one or more of the following:
You have a proven management track record in a highly administrative and project support role
You have worked with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
You have experience of working in a fast-paced environment
You enjoy maintaining high accuracy and work quality standards In return??? We create long-term careers for our people and prefer to promote internally.
