1st Select are working in partnership with a housing association. We have a new opportunity for a Asset Management Surveyor to join the team based in their Lincolnshire office.
The Asset Management Surveyor Role
You will be supervising capital and planned programmed of works across a portfolio utilising both the In-House Maintenance Team and external contractors.
You will be:
??Self-motivated individual
??Well organised
??Qualified Maintenance Surveyor (Min HND or equivalent)
??Ability to communicate well and build strong working relationships at all levels.
Our Ideal Asset Management Surveyor
You will be required to demonstrate a sound technical knowledge of construction and maintenance techniques, effective diagnostic, Use of AutoCad would be an advantage, and back office skills including Microsoft products
