Worcester - GBP23,000 - GBP30,000 + Uncapped Commission (GBP38,000 to GBP45,000 OTE)
Business Development Executive motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and high quality B2B sales environment is sought by a rapidly growing Cyber Security organisation in Worcester.
The Business Development Executive will join their growing team with an exciting and impactful vision to "remove hackers' easy options", developing and complimenting the team's focus to innovate intelligent automation systems that automatically find and fix risks.
The successful Business Development Executive should possess the following:
Proven sales experience, including cold calling
Knowledge of either solution selling, consultative selling or trust-based selling
A track record of exceeding set KPIs and a flair for relationship and B2B sales
Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
Be able to utilise information gained to continue with effective questioning
Be time-efficient and follow through on commitments
Take the initiative to enhance market/product knowledge on a continuous basis
Experience of leading presentations either face-to- face or online
An interest in cyber security
