Town Planner - Chelmsford

Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience
Due to continued expansion, this independent planning consultancy are urgently looking to appoint an experienced Town Planner to work as part of their established Essex based Planning team. The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects within the residential, affordable housing, commercial and tourism sectors.
Skills & Experience Required:
Must be RTPI qualified or working towards this with 2 year's industry experience
Experience in the private sector is advanteagous however local authority experience will also be considered
A full driving licence is requiredDuties:
Managing concurrently running projects
Preparing site appraisals and development plan representations
Submitting planning applications and appeals
Liaising with clients and local authorities
