Vacancy
We are now seeking 1x Senior Sales Manager to join their thriving sales office in Guildford to oversee a team of individuals across External Sales and Junior Sales levels. The Senior Sales Manager will actively manage a national sales figure as well as demonstrate the ability to actively mentor, lead and forecast to guarantee success and will require the flexibility to manage junior, senior and technical sales staff and inspire development where required. You will also take the role as senior/key contact of Corporates, SMEs, Local Government, Healthcare, Central Government, Colleges and Academies to help grow and maintain the organisation's market share.
About
To apply candidates should have demonstrated a background of 5 years experience within a hands-on sales management and direct sales position preferably working for an IT Solutions Vendor, Reseller, VAR or Services Provider, where you demonstrated strong operational, mentoring and development skills. You will require the ability and proven track record in managing underachievers and maintaining overachievers at a senior level as well as taking control of the division P+L (EXPERIENCE OF MANAGING P+L IS REQUIRED). You will share the responsibility of maintaining your own sales number as well be management-focused, therefore it is essential you have a successful background in sales strategy and control over direct sales, to truly be considered for this position. Applicants will need to be within an hour's commute of their offices as the expectation will be individuals are in a minimum of 4 days a week.

The UK Sales Manager will be offered a comprehensive remuneration package including:
* Basic salary of GBP50000-GBP55000
* OTE GBP120k (Uncapped) + Quarterly and Annual Bonuses
