Servoca Resourcing Solutions are in search of 7x Investigators to work for the National Crime Agency on a temporary contract basis.
Role Overview
To contribute to the acquisition and development of tactical and strategic intelligence through targeted research, open source searches, behavioural, analytical, comparative studies and/or prevention initiatives focused on serious and organised crime affecting the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advice on legislation, policy, research and tactical options to assist in the planning and implementation of investigations, operations and prevention initiatives.
Provide tactical and strategic support to the Agency by conducting research, gathering and analysing intelligence and evidence in accordance with legislation and policy.
Develop target profiles, evidential products and identify prevention opportunities, (as appropriate).
Conduct statistical analysis to inform management reports.
Ensure the quality, secure handling and dissemination of intelligence, maintaining confidentiality, sensitivity and a duty of care in line with Agency policy.
Supervise staff or co-ordinate the work of a small team (as appropriate).
Essential Criteria
PIP 1 essential - PIP 2 desirable
Good understanding of UK legislation affecting Agency activity.
A broad appreciation of the interaction between criminal finances and the Government's strategy to tackle serious and organised crime using the Proceeds of Crime Act including money laundering, confiscation and civil recovery.
Analytical/data interpretation skills.
Risk management/problem solving skills.

Pay Rate: GBP14.38 PAYE - GBP19.41 Umbrella
Contract Length: 12 Months Initially
