Learning and Development Trainer GBP30,000- GBP32,000 Shropshire
We are currently recruiting for a Trainer to join our client based in Shropshire. This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits including a car allowance.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in L&D, ideally within the Social Care setting. This is an immensely challenging and rewarding role where attention to detail and credibility are key.
Main Duties of the Trainer include:
Developing and delivering training, ranging from organisational induction through to best practice learning requirements.
Working with managers to identify specific learning leads and supporting learners to assess occupational competence.
Keep up to date with the changing legislation relating to social care and delivering training in this area.
Support the Learning & Development Business Partner in developing excellent working relationships with Operations, Clinical and central Support Services
To be considered for the role of Trainer, you will have:
Excellent academics and proof of ongoing professional training (ideally a Training or Teaching qualification)
Solid previous L&D experience in a Trainer role, ideally within the Social Care sector.
Software packages - Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work with limited supervision
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a multitude of different personalities.
