About the Role:

We are looking to recruit and In-House Recruitment Officer to join our HR Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the organisation to achieve key objectives through maximising our employer brand. The role will be responsible for ensuring that we have the right temporary and permanent resource available through effective attraction of candidates and the efficient management of our in-house locum resource.

About you:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as an internal recruiter with a solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle, use of application tracking systems & maximising social media channels. They will have experience of delivering projects and ability to analyse data to inform decision making and ensure that we are always maximising return on investment from all recruitment channels
