Salary: GBP19,062 Pro Rata
Location: Trafford Park Manchester
Contract: Part time, 25hrs, permanent
Shift: 12pm-5pm or 1pm - 6pm
Start Date: October
The opportunity
We're looking for a team player to join the Monitoring Centre at Electronic Monitoring Services order entry department in a part-time position.
What you'll be doing
Joining us as an Operational Support Officer, You will be responsible for accurate data entry, identifying and investigating all incoming data to provide reporting to all internal and external customers within the contractual timescales whilst providing excellent customer service.
You will take information via email as well as other methods and put this into written form, you will also get involved with other areas such as KPI's, reporting and office tasks as below:
Data entry
Analysing paperwork/documentation from internal customers (Courts etc)
Communicating/chasing customers to validate information (outbound calls as and when required)
Liaising with internal departments to resolve queriesAbout you
Great attention to detail? Able to accuratly input data? Great listening and communication skills? Perfect. We'll looking for a real team player with experience of working in an office environment or to goals and targets. You'll also need to show us that you're able to competently use Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook. If you've knowledge of the Criminal Justice System or previous experience dealing with justice agencies that would be useful, but is not essential. This role could be a great stepping stone into a role in the Criminal Justice System, if that's something that you'd like to move into.
