Energy Bureau Analyst

We are currently looking to add, due to rapid expansion, an Energy Bureau Analyst, to work within an already established team, supporting the daily management of the processing of Utilities Billing and Invoicing. The Bureau Analyst will be a team player with excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail. Experience in the Energy Industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Responsibilities:
> Validate clients energy bills in accordance with compliance procedures
> Work alongside suppliers to resolve billing issues
> Analyse supplier invoices using company systems
> Liaising with other departments internally to resolve clients issues
> Prepare reports for clients
Experience:
> Previous experience at data analysis
> Experience in billing, validation and data analysis,an advantage
> High level of attention to detail
> Excellent customer service skills
> Experience in working with Excel
