The Role:

In this role you will be working within a large team to support the broader HR and business services team with the ongoing maintenance and monitoring of Service Level Agreements to ensure the efficient day to day running of the operations. There is a requirement in this role that the successfull application will have the ability to travel to various sites including head office in Birmingham occasionally (as required).

In addition to partnering with the business on administrative functions, you will be undertaking the following:

  • Ensuring all onsite maintenance and housekeeping issues are logged and raised where appropriate
  • Provide thorough induction and training for all new starters
  • Support the HR and Management functions with staff performance plans
  • Review and update training programs in line with business needs and leadership development plans
  • Processing timesheets for payroll
  • Processing weekly invoices
  • Maintaining stationary orders
  • Providing IT support as it relates to printers and onsite hardware maintenance
  • To monitor, challenge and have input into our Service Level Agreements for our clients

The essential criteria:

To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following:

  • A proven track record of delivering five star service in a world class hotel environment
  • A passion for delivering training and overseeing the development of team members
  • Experience of managing service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Experience of presenting data in a business environment
  • An excellent customer focused manner at all times
  • Ability to be proactive and to possess strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a stimulating and engaging manner and build trust at all levels
  • A keen eye for detail and a desire to take responsibility, through to complete resolution, for issues and concerns generated by our clients and customers.
  • A willingness to travel as and when required to regional offices to participate in training and coaching
