This restaurant is fast becoming one of Scotland's best loved eating experience. The kitchens are well equipped and everything is prepared from only the freshest ingredients. Currently we are looking for an enthusiastic Head Chef. The ideal person for the role will be innovative, a positive influencer who wants to push forward. They would be a motivator and have excellent communication skills, not least the ability to train, develop and mentor your team. Alongside this you will be training them to 3AA levels and serving memorable menus.
