Opportunity
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our cients very busy fun and enthusiastic Reservations department, in the position of Reservations Manager. This is a full time permanenent position. The reservations team are often the first point of contact that guests have with the hotel, so their customer service levels and attention to detail need to be second to none. Responsible for booking rooms, restaurants, spa treatments & packages and use of facilities; the team play a pivotal role in shaping guests experience whilst at the resort. Their job is highly rewarding and often involves advising future guests on how to make their stays extra special. They are a hard working dilligent bunch.
As Manager of this team, the successful applicant will be responsible for leading and mentoring the associates, whilst driving revenue with team targets. You will hold regular one to ones and handle any issues that may arise within the team.
This venue delivers exceptional levels of service! and extremely high standards, not only in reservations management and guest service but also team management and systems experience.
