Learning Admin role - paying cGBP23,000
PURPOSE OF ROLE
The role holder will support learning management and administration support across the organisation which supports the Head of HR and P&OD Manager in the delivery of the objectives and targets as outlined within the HR strategy.
Transition through transformation - this role will be initially supporting a large scale change across the organisation, so there will be a need to play an active role in the shaping and implementation of a new learning management system.
Leading change in learning management - assisting with the shaping of a new learning management system including the set up and management of new starter processes, learning catalogues and learning offer.
Trouble shooting - There will be a need to act as the subject expert in policies, processes and learning reporting tools. As such, super user experience and technical knowledge will be critical to success in order to spot potential issues and respond in a timely manner.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in the creation and implementation of learning catalogue and programmes and pathways.
Co-ordinate learning schedules including participant information, joining instructions and waiting lists.
Set up and maintain certifications, feedback and evaluation mechanisms via learning management system.
Key point of contact for participants and providers and manage logistics for learning interventions.
Produce reports for learning interventions and learning management information as required.
Stock control and management of collateral/materials across training sites.
First line support for learning management system.
Develop and maintain learning processes and policies in line with agreed guidelinesWe are looking to chat with you if you have previous administration experience in an L&D environment, working with LMS Systems.
Key criteria:
Has good organisational skills and have a strong customer service focus with the ability to communicate effectively using a range of methods.
Enjoys detailed work involving systems, plans and reporting.
Is able to work as part of a team and be individually motivated to manage your own workload.
Can demonstrate flexibility and juggle multiple tasks and respond to stakeholder requests in a timely manner.
Is motivated by and willing to learn and grow in a changing environment.
Is curious about how things are done and enjoys solving problems.
Enjoys collaborating and communicating with people at all levels
