You will join us on a full time permanent basis and in return, we are offering a competitive salary of £39,000 - £47,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits.

About the Senior Scrum Master role:
We are looking for a positive, proactive, determined Senior Scrum Master to lead by example and bring everyone with you in the effective application of Agile principles, for the betterment of our development teams and our products. In a senior role within a small team of Scrum Masters, working with development teams supporting a portfolio of products within the Academic Technology platform, you will be a flexible servant leader with a passion for continuous improvement.
As an active Scrum Master supporting your assigned development teams, you will also act as coach and mentor to a small team of Scrum Master reports, working closely with your counterpart and colleagues in our Manila office. You will work with team leads and managers to remove organisational impediments, helping teams to self-evaluate and bring lots of ideas for improving processes and coordination, recognising that one solution does not fit all.
What we are looking for in our Senior Scrum Master:
You will be an Agile evangelist with a strong background in applying Agile methodologies and an embodiment of the various facets of a successful Scrum Master. You will have a good understanding of modern web technology and development principles, with actual experience, preferably working on web applications. You will be an excellent communicator, collaborator, and facilitator, and you will push us to do better.
