The opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Manager to lead our small team. We are looking for an innovative, can-do person to take charge of our IT offering, delivering improvement and solutions for the organisation. They will be expected to lead on strategic development, management and operation of the IT systems, drive efficiency with the use of technology; and manage and motivate the IT team to deliver an effective and highly regarded IT service.

Other responsibilities will include:

Providing advice to the senior management team on the use of ICT programmes to overcome challenges,

Manage project resources and budgeting,

Monitor contracts for ICT services and manage relationships with key suppliers, key partners and stakeholders.

About You:

You'll have experience in a similar IT Manager role, managing and motivating staff, and have a proven track record of delivering continuous improvement and change in an IT services environment,

You will have obtained a degree or equivalent professional qualification (computer science, MIS, or related subject would be preferable but not essential),

Effective written and verbal communication skills.
