Salary:
GBP31,763 to GBP39,704 per annum

My Client are a not-for-profit organisation, working across all types of employment and experiences to improve the lives of our customers. They have recently won a new contract in the North West, called the National Citizen Service, which will provide new and exciting experiences for YP. This four-phase programme is an exciting journey that gives YP the confidence and skills needed to seize the future.
The role: The role involves devising, implementing and driving the Quality and Continuous Improvement strategy across the service, as well as designing and implementing an innovative curriculum that meets the needs of the commissioner / funder, as well as the needs of YP
The successful candidate would lead on specialist services including SEND and mental health and head up a team of managers and specialist staff in order to meet contractual requirements and those of service users.
The ideal candidate would have:
Excellent curriculum planning / design skills
Excellent planning and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure
The ability to develop positive relationships with a range of stakeholders and staff, including operating across a supply chain
Proven experience of designing learning and assessment * Prior involvement in quality assurance and improvement activities
Experience of designing workforce development programmes * Experience of youth services (desirable)
Teaching and curriculum design experience
Good use of technology to enhance the learning experience
Experience and knowledge of safeguarding procedures
The ability to inspire, motivate and drive performance through consistent and transparent leadership actions
The ability to understand, demonstrate and apply the Company values: Make a positive difference, Stronger together, Empower people, Do the right thing, Build on success
