Internal recruiter - Temporary

This is a temporary position for at least 1 month initially to start Immediately

Location: Bournemouth

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Salary: GBP25000 - GBP27000 pro rata

Dynamite Recruitment is working within a very well-established business who have multiple sites across the country , due to huge success their Bournemouth site are expanding and as a result have a huge recruitment drive

We are now looking for a temporary Internal recruiter to join their already successful recruitment team

As an internal recruiter you will be responsible for the following tasks

Resourcing candidates for vacancies using job boards, LinkedIn and relevant networking opportunities
Conducting telephone screening and interviews of suitable applicants
Shortlisting candidates
Preparing interview paperwork and assessments
Assist in the setting up and facilitation of assessment days
Engaging with agencies on the preferred supplier list (PSL) when necessary
The successful candidate will have / be

Will have worked within an internal or external recruitment OR HR role previously
Excellent communication skills and not be afraid to pick up the telephone to speak with potential employees
Will have excellent administration skills
Will be available Immediately and happy to commit to 1 -2 months
Strong interpersonal skills - verbal and written, which can be utilised effectively both over the phone and face-to-face
