Legionella Compliance and Water Treatment services across the UK.
One of the UK's most established water treatment companies is looking for an experienced Field Technician to join its head office team in Tamworth as part of continuing sales success and new client contracts having grown 30% in the last 12 months.
The Job:
* This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to develop their career in this growing compliance industry, for a company that is forward thinking and investing in its people and processes to deliver services that achieve 'best supplier status' for its clients.
* The role will deal with many types of clients such as schools, healthcare premises, retailers and construction contractors; travelling throughout the UK and Ireland as part of a friendly and professional team of 20.
* A good salary is offered to attract reliable and practical candidates who can demonstrate an attention to detail and who relish the opportunity of being face-to-face with clients on the front line.
* The role will work closely with the company's office based service delivery team and compliance manager to ensure that clients' sites remain compliant.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
* As a Field Technician, you will be managed by the company's Service Delivery Manager.
* All works are booked and managed by a team of Service Delivery Administrators to include preparation of paperwork and liaison in advance with the client's site.
Requirements:
W.E.T requires prospective candidates to have a positive 'can-do' attitude and to focus on the delivery of outstanding customer service. For candidates outside of the industry, training will be provided.
* Mechanically minded and practical approach to tasks
* Attention to detail and able to demonstrate paper work accuracy
* Client facing experience
* Excellent IT skills
* Ability and will to travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays
* Weekend working on overtime, when required
