Our client (established in 2006) manages Council housing in Sutton. They are responsible for the day-to-day management of housing services to around 6,000 Council tenants and 1,500 leaseholders. They are revolutionising the way they communicate and engage with their employees, stakeholders and customers across all channels enhancing their reputation as a great service provider and employer of choice. The role is based at their head offices in Sutton. Their purpose is to deliver homes and communities where residents feel happy and secure.

About the role - They are currently seeking a Customer Resolutions Coordinator to ensure that residents receive a high quality, quick and customer-focussed resolution following a complaint about the services delivered and to identify opportunities to use the learning and insight from complaints to enable continuous improvement to all of their services.

About you - You will have proven experience of providing excellent complaints handling, extensive direct relevant experience in customer services, a positive “can-do” outlook and a passion for helping deliver customer focussed outcomes and lasting service improvements.
