Are you dedicated to providing Creative & Bespoke Support to the people you work with?
Then you could be just the person we're looking for to support service users in their exciting new supported accommodation Flats, in Bridport!
The 4 flats are for up to 10 adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.
We're looking for committed team players who are flexible and reliable. Experience is not essential but a positive attitude is. Each day is different and we are committed to ensuring the people we support get to live the life they want. We have severals posts:
Support Workers - 37.5 hours/week
Support Worker (Nights) - 30 hours/week
Our service users are at the heart of what we do and every Support Sorker is a crucial member of our team, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and live the life they want.
Every day working for Encompass is different and as a Support Worker you will be helping our service users with all aspects of their daily lives, including getting ready (including personal hygiene), preparing meals, going to appointments, socialising, helping manage money, taking part in hobbies and more.
The role will involve an element of personal care, if not comfortable with this, please do not apply.
Although not essential, previous experience would be an advantage, but you will need to be flexible, reliable and committed.
