West London Company looking for AP Specialist

Your new company
Your new company is an established company both in the UK and abroad. With offices around the World this is an exciting opportunity for an AP Specialist to join a small, friendly and fast-paced Finance team.

Your new role
Your new role will be to implement and manage an efficient accounts payable function to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for operating in line with company policy whilst delivering a high level of customer service for internal customers. You will be responsible for the accounts payable function associated with the payment of external supplier invoices. You will offer support, motivate and direct the AP function.

What you'll need to succeed
You will a need a firm understanding of the AP process from start to finish. As you will be dealing with customers and also supervising one member of staff you must have excellent communication skills. Ideally you will be AAT qualified - but not essential -and have good Excel.

What you'll get in return
This will initially be a temp role, however, there is an opportunity that this could turn into a permanent position. Salary will be the equivalent of GBP30000-GBP35000.
