Our ever expanding services are looking for talented, flexible Support Workers who enjoy supporting people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities or people with enduring mental health issues, in their own homes and out & about in the community. The role will involve travel so a driving license and access to own vehicle is essential.
We have various full and part-time Support Worker posts and a Waking Nights Support Worker post available
You are an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to make a positive difference to the lives of the people we support.
Our service users are at the heart of what we do and every Support Worker is a crucial member of our team, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and live the life they want.
Every day working for Encompass is different and as a Support Worker you will be helping our service users with all aspects of their daily lives, including getting ready (including personal hygiene), preparing meals, going to appointments, socialising, helping manage money, taking part in hobbies and more.
The role may include an element of personal care, if not comfrtable with this, please do not apply.
Although not essential, previous experience would be an advantage, but you will need to be flexible, reliable and committed.
