Job title: Lettings Negotiator
Hours: 37.5 Monday- Friday and Every Second Saturday 3 hours (9:30-12:30)
Location: Gloucester
My client is the Regions leading residential letting and property management company and due to another successful year and continued growth they have a rare but exciting opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
The business has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.
Lettings Negotiator responsibilities:
" Organise and attend property viewings
" Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding lets
" Business generation, advertising properties and dealing with enquiries
" General property administration when required
Lettings Negotiator desired Skills and Experience:
" Sales/Lettings experience or experience in similar industry
" Exceptional customer service experience
" Excellent communication and negotiation skills
" Must be comfortable working to targets and tight deadlines in a competitive market
The Lettings Negotiator position offers a competitive basic salary up to GBP17,000 plus commission, and additional company benefits.
