Inclusion and Belonging Advisor - Learning and Development
Temporary until March 2020 to cover secondment of current post holder.
Rochdale
£19,918 - £22,996 (pro-rota) plus car mileage allowance of 45p per mile 
Hours: 15 hours per week in line with service requirements and the Work Life Balance Scheme 

This position can be combined with the other advertised position of Advisor, Customer Inclusion and Diversity to create a full time position.
    
As part of the People, Culture and Communications team the Inclusion and Belonging Advisor will work to create a culture of inclusivity and belonging, where diversity is valued and celebrated in line with their mutual model. Specifically, you will 

•    support their recruitment and assessment processes
•    manage internal and external mentoring programmes
•    support their programme of diversity awareness training 
•    plan, organise and deliver their involvement in diversity events
•    Establish a team of ‘Inclusion Champions’
•    Assist in the delivery of wellbeing events and activities

They are looking for someone can develop strong and trusted working relationships with their leaders, managers, colleagues and external partners. Being interested, open minded and curious is important as is a passion for refreshing some of their approaches to how they engage employees. 

This role will work across their two main sites, with modern open plan offices, the opportunities to SMART work with digital equipment provided to enable you to work flexibly. They offer a quality pension scheme and pro-rata holiday arrangements.
