Here at Fresh, we are now looking for a Business Development Manager to prepare and submit proposals to win new business for the Fresh Property Group for both its B2C brands; Fresh Student Living and Fine Nine Living.

You’ll play a vital role in the business, using your knowledge of the market to act as the first point of contact in respect of any new business enquiries / proposal requests. You will be responsible for managing the New Business Process to ensure that as a team, the goals of the business are met, and that accurate and timely new business proposals are prepared and delivered to clients, some of which will need bespoke drafting in order to meet the brief.

As part of the New Business process, you will be responsible for following up on all new business leads, as well as managing all client queries and at times, may also be required to assist/attend new business pitches.

About You

Numerate and confident in the use of the Microsoft Office package, the successful candidate will have exceptional communication and copy writing skills and be able to influence at all levels both internally and externally. You will have a good understanding of the bid process for managing purpose built accommodation and have a keen attention to detail. We also ask that you have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure, can analyse and understand data in different formats and can successfully manage and coach the team to develop skills and confidence in their roles through skills knowledge sharing.
