We're looking for a Field Sales Executive to take our Glasgow territory by storm. Previously unmanned, Glasgow is there for the taking, and we're looking for someone who knows the area like the back of their hand.
Your primary focus will be new business; we need someone who can make the best name for themselves in both the retail and home improvements markets. We need a fast-paced, motivated sales exec who can spot a lead from a mile away, who clients know they can trust, someone who sees this wide-open territory as a huge opportunity to make a real mark for themselves.

- Building relationships with new clients across Glasgow
- Nurturing and developing existing relationships with key advertisers
- Identifying customer needs with a consultative approach and proposing comprehensive advertising solutions that will deliver a return on investment for our customers
- Guaranteeing that a high quality of customer service is delivered each time
The ideal candidate
You'll be joining the business at a really exciting time, to take on a previously unmanned territory, giving you the opportunity to make the role your own, and build relationships with new clients across Glasgow.
You'll be growing advertising revenues across a portfolio of digital and print products. A consultative led approach is key, and you'll have the personality and communication skills to grow trusted, lasting relationships very quickly.
You're confident, likeable and driven, you're money motivated with a goal in mind, and you're not content with just hitting targets, you want to absolutely smash them.
You'll need to be flexible and adaptable; this business is ever changing, and there are always new developments in the world of publishing. You will need to stay on top of your game, continue to educate yourself and move with the ebb and flow of the business. You'll have a full understanding of the digital and print landscape - your clients are relying on you to know your stuff and to handle their campaigns with professionalism and care.
It's a field sales role, so it should go without saying that you need a full UK driving licence (best just to say it anyway), and you'll need to be flexible and adept at setting up your appointments and managing your time.
