These are exciting times having recently moved to the city centre and taken significant investment to help us grow. We are now looking to add to the existing team with the addition of another Service Proposal Co-ordinator within the inside sales team.
Acting as an ambassador for the business, you will be required to contact companies within a variety of industries to discuss their recruitment and HR needs, proactively promote Blue Octopus and arrange qualified meetings.
The recruitment and SaaS market can be competitive and as a result of this we desire people who have the drive and commitment to remain resilient while under pressure; a key requirement being the ability to build rapport with clients quickly to instil confidence in the Blue Octopus approach.
Recruitment industry or SaaS experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full service training will be provided through a structured and supportive training programme. Experience in solution sales as opposed to product sales would be ideal, however applications will be considered from candidates with a product sales background who can demonstrate the attitude and desire to flourish in this challenging but rewarding role.
Your time will be spent searching for fresh prospects; harnessing a range of methodologies and the support of our marketing team to successful identify with them and connect. All that we ask is that you are not afraid to get on the phone or be proactive and that you have the motivation to push for that next appointment with each and every call.
