Our client has an exciting opportunity available for Dynamic Field Sales Consultants to join their team working with one of the UK's leading Hospice Lottery Charities. The successful Field Sales Consultants will enjoy a fantastic base salary along with a lucrative commission structure, pension, heath-care scheme, PERKS rewards and 28 days holiday.
Would you like to earn a GBP20,000 basic Salary, plus very realistic OTE of GBP40,000? (Uncapped commission). Lots of our existing fundraisers earn in excess of GBP40k.
Would you like to use your experience to help generate funding for well-known local charities who rely almost completely on support from the local community?
Following your comprehensive Induction and compliance training, you will be accompanied in the field as you go and speak to customers in their own homes, getting support for subjects that will be extremely close to everyone's hearts. You will be part of a structured field sales team, working locally together, under the leadership of a Sales Manager. Utilising your personable and consultative approach to discuss and sell the hospices in-house Lottery scheme.
Our client has been established for over 20 years, with many existing staff who have been there over 10 years. They like to take care of their employees and offer an industry leading employee benefits package. Due to national expansion they can offer internal progression to their field sales representatives, where they can develop their career with Training and Management roles available for the career minded.

Experience in Door to door field sales / Charity Fundraising is beneficial, similar industries such as Utilities, Home Improvements and Solar maybe also be transferable.
