Our client, a multi national Waste to Energy Company is currently looking to recruit a Recycling Manager / Account Manager / Sales (Agricultural) to join their team.
The successful candidate will join the company organics recycling team who are central to delivering some of our most innovative work. A key part of this team is the recycling coordinators/managers that identify innovative opportunities for growth through new input streams and customers to the industrial, commercial and municipal wastes. You will be adept in customer management with great commercial acumen and also have a hand in the logistics of moving material from the facilities to customer sites.
In this role, you will support new and existing contracts for the Organics Recycling business unit by securing outlets for industrial and municipal wastes to agricultural and affiliated outlets.
As well as the sale, you will ensure the material is moved in a compliant and safe manner, within the customer's time frame and troubleshooting any issues which may arise.
Customer relationships are central to success in this role and you will need to be visible and knowledgeable to provide a value-added service. Additional duties will extend to the use of and compliance with VOR procedures, SUIVRA to provide an audit trail for all recycling routes and sale of materials to farmers/landowners.
*We are keen to hear from people with experience selling products or services into agricultural customers e.g. fertilizer sales, animal bedding sales, farm management or environmental science graduates.
*You will ideally have an understanding of the Environmental Permitting Regs operation in England and Wales, Standard Rules permits SR2010 No 4 and 5 and exemptions.
*Ideally, FACTS trained or a level of understanding of agronomy.
*Be computer literate, a strong organiser who can prioritise workloads and be accurate when reporting information.
*Full UK Driving license.
