Warehouse Manager required for growing local company.
This Warehouse Manager opportunity is a new role that my client have identified to continue their growth. As the leading independent internet retailer in their sector, the company now need a Warehouse Manager to develop their distribution and logistics operation to continue their growth.
This is a new position for the company and you will inherit a team of 7 in the warehouse team and be responsible for the management, planning, processes and development of the operation.
The company are about to invest in a purpose built 16,000 square foot warehouse and you will be integral in how this is planned and operates. It is a challenging time for the company due to this investment, record sales and being at capacity in the warehouse.
You will:
Have experience leading a warehouse team
Have FLT experience
Have experience in warehouse relocation
Be able to demonstrate introducing processes and systems within logistics
Be knowledgeable with warehouse stock control systems
Be a great communicatror
Be a self-start who is prepared to get involved in hitting deadlines and overcoming difficultiesIf this sounds like the right challenge for your next move then apply today.
