Shackleton Duke's Automotive Division are currently recruiting an experienced Service Manager for a main dealership based in the midlands.
This is a demanding role which would suit a candidate with experience running a busy workshop. The successful candidate will manage a team of service advisors, technicians and drivers, ensuring productivity and efficiency targets are achieved and that all work is carried out to the highest standard. You will deliver exceptional customer service at all times, to build and maintain customer retention, resolving any issues in a professional manner.
The service manager will ensure the service department achieves budget objectives by continually examining accounts, taking remedial action where necessary.
The successful candidate will possess the following;
Proven experience of running a busy Service department.
A full UK driving licence.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong communication skills.
Flexibility to work long hours.
Passion and drive for exceeding targets.
Strong leadership skills.
