Chef de Partie
Chef required to work with our team at The Terrace Restaurant on the award-winning Gwel an Mor Luxury Resort.
You are required to assist with the smooth running of the kitchen operation, ensuring all health and safety and food safety standards are adhered to.
Monitor the use of food labelling and stock rotation to minimise waste and help towards controlling costs
