Due to the success of our advertising services, we are now looking for a Junior / Trainee Copywriter to join our team on a part time basis. We’ll need you to be available Monday – Friday for at least half of the day, however we are flexible on the exact hours and can fit around your needs.

We’re looking for word-perfect wordsmiths, alliteration alumni and proper prose perfectionists to test their mettle and advance their writing skills in our high volume, high quality advert writing environment. 

We’ll support you in every way, but you’ll need to be willing to put in the graft, take direction and be eager to learn. Your training period will be intense but rewarding and at the end of your probation, you’ll join the team bonus scheme and list yourself as a full blown Copywriter.

What’s more, alongside flexible working arrangements, there is also the potential for this role to become full time in the future. 

Your Role 

Working within our Copywriting function, as a Junior / Trainee Copywriter, you’ll be responsible for coming up with fresh, compelling ideas for adverts. 

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be writing high quality job adverts for a wide range of industries and functions which accurately target the right candidates and entice them to apply. 

It’s a busy environment we operate in and so you’ll be supporting the other activities the team is involved in, such as posting adverts to websites and a range of admin duties. 

About You 

To be considered as our next Junior / Trainee Copywriter, you will need: 

- A degree in English, Marketing, Media, Journalism or a writing related discipline (or an equivalent qualification) 
- Great writing skills 
- An excellent grasp of English spelling and grammar 
- A creative approach 
- A hardworking attitude and the ability to process a high volume of work 

Other organisations may call this role Junior Copywriter, Graduate Copywriter, Graduate Copywriter, Copywriter, Online Copywriter, Copy Editor, Trainee Writer, or Graduate Writer. 

This is a part time role working 20-25 hours per week, Monday - Friday. We are flexible on the working hours for the right person, but you need to be available every day.
