This market leading food manufacturer, who has experienced year on year growth and a recent considerable investment, is looking for a talented Production Manager to take on more ownership and responsibility. This role can offer fantastic acceleration into higher management opportunities, giving you the chance to work for a company with a culture that encourages the progression and development of their people to climb the career ladder!
You will be strong minded, decisive and will take full accountability for your team and the results you achieve, all whilst building effective relationships that support and encourage the best! You will endeavour to hit targets and develop robust and sustainable SOP's.
Your solutions-not-problems mind set and proactive attitude will empower your team and enable you to deliver in all areas of the production process.
This opportunity comes with plenty of hard work, focus and will require a person who can grow and adapt with this UK leader in the food industry. The suitable candidate must have relevant knowledge and a wealth of experience working in the food manufacturing or fresh produce industry as either a production manager, or production shift manager who is ready to take things to the next level. You must have strength of character and the ability to deliver results consistently- and with that you can achieve above and beyond!
