An Accounts Receivable Clerk is required by a well-known, leading retail business based in Trafford Park. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for providing effective, efficient financial and administrative operations for all accounts receivable services. Additionally, you will also be responsible for accurately posting daily cash received from multiple platforms.

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, your responsibilities will include:

Posting multi-currency cash on a daily basis
Posting and allocating daily takings from retail stores
Assisting with the full process associate with the setup of new stores
Assisting the credit control function with any queries relating to received cash
Allocating online payments
Reconciling online sales ledger accounts
Investigating and resolving both customer and internal stakeholder queries in a professional manner
Any other ad hoc duties as can be reasonably expected of this position

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will have/be:

Prior experience working in a finance function - ideally within a role focusing on cash posting and allocation
Experience with multi-currencies is ideal, but not essential
High attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage own workload
Able to work on own initiative
Hard working and enthusiastic
