Our well established client based in Alton, Hampshire is looking to recruit a Production Operative.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* To manufacture filters from their component parts after suitable training in a safe and timely manner to quality standards;
* The ability to follow written and computer based work instruction and engineering drawings;
* The ability to operate various pieces of machinery with moving parts after suitable training;
* Able to work in a flexible manner as priorities change;
* Must be OK with heavy lifting;
* Good record keeping and measurement skills- paying excellent attention to detail;
* Willingness to learn all equipment and help out in different departments.
Other requirements:
* Team player with demonstrated problem solving skills;
* Excellent written and verbal communication;
* Confident with all MS Office applications;
* Forklift experience advantageous.
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday 07:30am-16:30pm
Friday: 07:30am-11:00am
Salary: GBP17,000 - GBP18,500 per annum
