Customer Service Administrator job in Bournemouth
Our client an established, market leader within the leisure industry are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
As the Customer Service Administrator your role will be to manager existing accounts who are using the exclusive service, providing impeccable customer service and accurate administrative support.
Working alongside the head of the department, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service to existing and new client accounts. You will also be advising customers about exclusive service available.
We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience working within a membership environment. You will need to be highly organised, efficient and pro -active.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Management of existing client accounts
* Provide a professional and efficient service
* Deliver outstanding customer service to new and existing clients
* Manage administration process'
* Work alongside the head of the department
* Ensure that all parties are kept up to date throughout the process
Knowledge and Experience:
* Previous experience within a membership environment
* Confident user of Microsoft systems
* Strong communicator via phone and email
* Organised and efficient and strong administration skills.
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary GBP25,000 - GBP29,000 DOE per annum
* Working hours Monday - Friday 9 - 5.30pm
* 20 days holidays + bank holidays
* Discounts on products and services
