Are you an experienced Estates Services Officer? We are looking for someone to work Full time on a fixed term contract for 5 months on a salary of GBP21,591 - GBP23,187 per annum.
This is an opportunity to join Estate Services team, which is part of the busy Landlord Services Team. This is a key role providing a local and visible point of contact to our residents. You will ensure that the RBK estates are maintained to a high standard, and in a clean condition. You will ensure that health and safety checks are carried out accurately and efficiently. You will be part of the team delivering a first class cleaning service for the estates.
About you
The team is currently developing and moving towards digital working practices, therefore, a basic knowledge of IT is desirable. The team is flexible and covers a wide area, we therefore are seeking drivers for the current roles. If successful you will work Monday to Friday. You will be based in a neighbourhood office either in Surbiton or Kingsnympton Park.
You will need to have significant experience of care-taking and estates service, along with staff management experience and experience of resident consultation.
