Northreach are seeking an Assistant Manager of Customer Excellence to join a Bank in Central London with primary responsibility of ensuring the customer facing team deliver prompt and ever improving courteous customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* To be fully conversant with products and services of the Bank as well as
* regulatory guidelines around them.
* Getting involved with more difficult/ complex queries, getting involved in
* complaints at an early stage so escalation can be prevented,
* Identifying service improvements/ better processes to improve the customer experience
* Being the go-to person / single point contact for all high value and Commercially / strategically important clients
* Looking at complaints MI so see what lessons can be learnt
* Aim for customers being delighted instead of merely being satisfied
Key Candidate Requirements
* Focussed on providing continually improving service excellence
* Excellent knowledge of banking operations & procedures
* Staff management skills
* Enhanced organisational skills
* Willing to take on extra responsibility from time to time
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
