Bar Supervisor - Country Estate with live in accommodation available

This venue is all about locally sourced farm to table produce and they should be they are surrounded by stunning countryside for their chefs to forage in. The position we are recruiting here is Bar Supervisor, reporting to the GM you'll be running the bar service and because of that you'll have a great knowledge of beers, wine and spirits as well as gins, whiskeys and cocktails. More than this though you will be in charge of ordering, stock take, cashing up and supervision of service.
