Operations Administrator

A Sales Office team responsible for the timely processing of sales orders and quotations supporting a sales region. This role will suit someone with good organisational skills, an intent to follow processes, attention to detail and a customer focus.

Ensure all sales orders are input and processed correctly from a systems/data entry perspective
Schedule logistics requirements in respect of delivery of orders
Arrange dispatch of product samples as requested
Receive and review quotations for accuracy, completeness and manufacturability
Act as a central point of contact to customers, providing updates and responding to queries on assigned sales order.
Ad hoc general administration support to the teamProfile

Operations Administrator

Have 1-2 years' experience in an office administrative role. Manufacturing environment an advantage
Numerate, literate, articulate, adaptable, extremely positive and personable with the ability to problem solve
You will be comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook and ready to learn bespoke systemsJob Offer

08:30 - 17:00 (Monday-Thursday)

08:30 - 16:30 (Friday)
