Multi-Track Fee Earner - Complex Credit Hire

Are you a fast-track credit hire handler ready to handle multi-track cases? Have you assisted on multi-track cases and now ready to handle your own caseload? Are you a multi-track credit hire handler looking to work on complex, quality files? If yes, then Keoghs would like to talk to you!

Our Complex Credit Hire unit, based within our Motor division is looking to recruit a multi-track fee earner to deal with Delegated & non-delegated authority multi-track cases up to GBP100K in value, average values will be between GBP25K - GBP50K. You will set your own case strategy and deal with complex issues such as indemnity, foreign vehicles or cases of a high profile nature. Occasionally, the MT FE will be asked to assist a Lead Fee Earner on cases up to a value of GBP250K in order to aid their own personal and professional development. Some cases may include an element of Personal Injury.


The role will involve dealing with a caseload of DA & NDA credit hire files under the supervision of a Technical Supervisor. Instructions are received at varying stages of the claim process and so a full knowledge of handling RTA / Credit Hire claims through to conclusion is necessary.


  • Experience of litigation and handling Credit Hire files is essential with evidence of managing own case load and/or assisting on high value cases.
