Could you manage and maximise fundraising and non-financial opportunities from existing corporate partners on behalf of the British Red Cross?

We're looking for a Corporate Partnerships Executive to join our Corporate Partnerships team, sitting within our High Value Giving and Events department based in London. In this role, you'll provide account management support to a number of British Red Cross corporate partners to ensure they reach their income targets, objectives and agreed milestones.

Reporting to the Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage the day to day running of one our flagship partnerships, worth over GBP 230,000 per annum.

You will also plan and deliver employee fundraising activities; support and implement communications and marketing activities; collate regular donor reports and explore further financial and non-financial opportunities to help strengthen and maximise the full potential and impact of each partnership.

The fundraising directorate has a critical role to play in enabling us to help people in crisis by raising much needed income.

The changes over the past few years to the fundraising environment mean we need to be agile in how we approach fundraising. We are now entering an exciting time as we develop a new fundraising strategy that will provide a transformative and innovative approach to how we raise funds and engage with our supporter base.

The Corporate Partnerships team has a successful track record in securing and building long term, mutually beneficial and strategic relationships with UK-based companies. The team works in collaboration with companies across a range of fundraising mechanics including strategic business partnerships, marketing or social responsibility alignment; multi-country partnerships; sponsorship; cause related marketing and employee fundraising.

This role might be for you if

  • You're someone who understands corporate social responsibility and has an interest in working on corporate/charity partnerships
  • You're experienced - you've got a proven track record working for a charity in a fundraising role or for a company/agency in a marketing, sponsorship or sales environment.
  • You've got experience planning activities on a large or complex partnership, with
  • evidence of working with senior people within that organisation and multiple
  • stakeholders.
