A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Nurse Recruiter to join us on a fulltime basis, working with one of the leading providers of specialised medical care in the world.

This exciting opportunity is to support a new client, openening a brand new private hospital in London. This role is based both on site and at our headquarters in Grays Inn Road, London. Leading a team of 3, the Lead Nurse recruiter is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships within the Client organisation, and consistently managing the client's needs, implementing new stratagies for nurse recruitment. A 'hands on' operational role supporting a dedicated client through all aspects of the recruitment process.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Candidate Management
  • Manage full recruitment process
  • Provide professional service to candidates and clients
  • Maximize IT system usage to facilitate compliance and ensure information can be traced and accessed by others.
Client Management
  • Provide and excellent service to the client
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the Client organization, consistently managing the hiring communities' needs.
  • Provide a timely and proactive response to all enquiries, forwarding to relevant colleagues as appropriate.
Quality Assurance
  • Establish and maintain client records, keeping up to date at all times.
  • Highlight opportunities for any improvements to management.
  • Assist in dealing with complaints or issues speedily and in line with the Company's complaint procedure and highlight any queries to the line manager.
To be considered you must:
  • Have experience leading a team
  • Experience in recruiting across a range of disciplines. Both clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Possess strong IT skills, being proficient at using outlook, excel, word and systems.
  • Be able to form key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Be proactive and driven
  • Be able to work individually and as part of a team, be extremely organised and flexible whilst being proactive in your role.
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work to KPI's and targets
  • Have experience as a 360 recruitment consultant
