Description

Key responsibilities include:

Setting team collection targets
Provided training and development where needed
Ensuring timely collection of unpaid invoices

Working closely with collection team

Allocation of payments onto the system

Ensuring invoice quires are managed in a timely manner

Sending reminder letters to customers regarding aged debt

Ensuring Teams targets are met daily and monthly
Ensuring payment plans are set and abided to by non-paying customers

Ensuring strong working relationships with clients are maintained

Profile

The successful candidate will:

Be well polished with strong experience

Have previous exposure managing a small team
Be able to train and develop to improve collection processes
Work well with others
Have strong communication skills

Polite and confident telephone manner

Be open minded and eager to learn new skills
