ALS Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a growing organisation based near Gerrards Cross. As the Accounts Assistant you'll provide support to all members of the finance team, working closely with them to ensure that deadlines are met and that all finance processes are followed across a number of business units. You will review expenses, both field staff and associates, reconcile projects during month end in relation to expenses and costs, prepare regular reports on supplier costs and (high volume) ranging from credit card, workshop and field staff expenses as well as head office staff and support with the raising of purchase orders, manual payments, setting up new vendors and any invoice queries.
To be successful in your application you must have had experience in using SAP and are competent with paying expenses and invoices.
- Experience of using SAP
- Ability to multi-task between projects and day to day tasks
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel in particular)
- Exceptional communication skills. Able to maintain and grow relationships with external and internal departments
